Hi, I’m Ronan Reinart. I practice in business and entertainment law.

I have extensive experience in a wide range of commercial transactions and contexts, having acted for hundreds of small and medium sized business enterprises in startup and financing phases, corporate reorganizations, dispute resolution, governance matters, acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, and tax-related transactions. I provide sophisticated operational guidance to businesses, and assists with strategies, contracts, workplace policies, securities issuances and intellectual property protection. I also provide services to clients in the entertainment industry with a focus on independent film production and clearance.

I obtained an undergraduate degree in English Literature from Simon Fraser University and my law degree from the University of Manitoba Law School. I am a member of the Canadian Bar Association and sit on the board of directors for the non-profit Railtown Theatre & Film Society (Vancouver).
