Strong drafting skills and commercial judgment (you can be precise without being academic)
-
A client-service mindset grounded in clarity and responsiveness
-
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
-
A team-first, process-minded approach: you communicate proactively, help troubleshoot bottlenecks, and share knowledge—whether that means improving a checklist, coordinating a smooth handoff, or helping a colleague get a file across the finish line
-
Able to adapt to evolving systems and processes in a practice that actively invests in how it works (technology, automation, and electronic workflows)
