Hi, I’m Geoffrey Lim. I can help individuals and families with residential real estate transactions and estate planning.

I help individuals and families with their real estate sales, purchases, and refinance transactions. When acting for clients on a real estate transaction, my goal is to have it complete as smooth as possible to the satisfaction of everyone involved. I also have experience with estate planning matters and the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Representation Agreements.

I grew up in Vancouver where I obtained my undergraduate degree from the University of British Columbia. Afterwards, I worked as an outreach worker for a local municipality and a program coordinator for a non-profit legal organization before attending the University of Calgary where I obtained my law degree. Before joining Bell Alliance, I articled at a mid-sized, regional firm in downtown Vancouver.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with his friends and family, reading, and following the exciting world of the NBA.
