Hi, I’m Jesse Avery. I help clients with real estate transactions, and their estate planning.

My objective is to minimize the complexity of legal solutions for my clients by giving them straightforward answers and instructions. I strive to always be available for my clients and work collaboratively with them to help achieve their objectives, whether it be a real estate transaction or a comprehensive estate plan.

I was born and raised in Newfoundland and Labrador and obtained my undergraduate degree at Acadia University in Nova Scotia. I made the move across Canada to British Columbia where I earned my law degree at Thompson Rivers University. Before joining Bell Alliance in 2024 I articled at a large national firm in downtown Vancouver.

Outside of work, I have been busy exploring this beautiful province that I now call home. I enjoy all things outdoors such as hiking, running, biking, and skiing.

• Buying, selling and refinancing real estate in British Columbia
• Preparing estate planning documents, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Representation Agreements
• Joint Tenancy/Bare Trust structures
• Preparing and reviewing various registrable documents such as easements and restrictive covenants
