Martina is an immigration consultant with Bell Alliance, and is a member in good standing with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (RCIC 507265).
She was born and raised in Germany and obtained a law degree from the University of Constance. Before immigrating to Canada she worked as a lawyer and then for a local government in the South of Germany.
Martina started her life in Canada in the Okanagan where she had a position as project coordinator with a non-profit settlement services society, helping newcomers to Canada getting established in the area and raising awareness for their needs in the community.
With this work experience, her own journey of relocating to, and starting anew in, a foreign country in tandem with her legal background it was only natural for her to become an Immigration Consultant.
She is also an accredited court interpreter in BC for the language pair English and German and as such has had the opportunity to interpret at high-profile trials at the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
