Bell Alliance is pleased to announce the expansion of its legal team. As of March 1, 2019 Todd Kerr, Bruce Redekop and Sorel Leinburd from Kerr Redekop Leinburd joined our business law practice as Associate Counsel. They are senior lawyers who add their expertise in diverse corporate and commercial matters: business, technology, employment, intellectual property, financing and corporate restructuring.

On May 1, 2019 we will be welcoming Kurt Aydin, Anthony Li-Lam and Grace Kung. Kurt joins the firm as Associate Counsel and is a senior lawyer with a broad range of knowledge in business law. Anthony Li-Lam joins as an associate and practices in the areas of business, real estate development and commercial financing. Grace joins as an articling student and will focus on business, real estate and commercial financing as she moves forward in her career.

With these additions the Bell Alliance team grows to 14 lawyers, 3 immigration consultants, 2 articling student and a support staff of 34, making it one of the largest Vancouver law firms outside of the downtown core.

One of the largest residential real estate conveyancing practices in Canada, acting for over 5000 individuals and companies each year on residential purchase, sale and mortgage transactions. Bell Alliance is well established and has lawyers and staff to handle complex commercial real estate transactions.

Real Estate Development
Services for the complete real estate development process including matters related to land acquisition, legal requirements needed for rezoning and development approvals, preparation of disclosure statements and the final conveyance of completed units or buildings.

Estate Planning
A substantial estate planning practice, advising individuals and families throughout the Lower Mainland and can assist in estate planning, including preparation of wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements and more complex estate structures such as discretionary family trusts and joint spousal trusts.

Probate
Assisting and guiding executors in this often technical and complex process. It is not uncommon to have our lawyers appointed to act as executor where the demands on family and survivors are difficult to bear.

Immigration
Immigration consulting services to both individuals, families, and businesses.
