Hi, I’m Erica Wiedmayer. I help with the firm’s operations and supporting our team.

As COO, I am involved in many of the moving parts that keep the firm running smoothly. I work across many areas of the firm which includes supporting our employees, building a strong sense of community within the firm, strategic planning, marketing, business development, and day-to-day operations. I take a collaborative and practical approach to solving problems, identifying opportunities, and developing processes and initiatives that support our people and strengthen the firm as we continue to grow.

I joined Bell Alliance in 2016 as a receptionist and have had the opportunity to grow with the firm into my current role as Chief Operating Officer. It has been incredibly rewarding to be part of the firm’s growth and journey while helping to maintain the family-oriented culture and personal approach that are so important to our team and our clients.

What I enjoy most about my role is being able to work across all areas of the firm and help bring people, ideas, and strategy together. I am passionate about creating an environment where our team can do their best work while ensuring we continue to provide the personal, high-quality service our clients value.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, skiing, and exploring Vancouver’s café scene.
