Or, when less is more, I can help clients find a simpler solution. I bring effective, pragmatic advice to clients through expertise gleaned from numerous transactions and deal closings. My clients span various sectors and include start-ups to huge enterprises, entrepreneurs, engineers, professors, physicians and other professionals, family-owned and operated companies, and closely held ventures.
I was born in Eastern Europe, raised on the Canadian prairies, and despite travelling to many parts of the world, cannot think of a better place to live than on Canada’s West Coast near the ocean and mountains. I feed my soul listening to transcendent jazz, reading books by writers who look at the world with fresh eyes, getting in occasional hikes in the mountains, and indulging a love for travelling vicariously by making complex, spiced food and the enjoying the arts of other cultures.
